Tracey A. Robbins

Vice President, Residential Lending Manager

In her 10-year career at Norwood Bank, Tracey has helped customers in residential lending, online banking, and business development. She currently oversees the residential lending and credit operations area. Tracey’s experience in lending and technology will continue to benefit borrowers by always seeking to improve the application, approval and closing process. She is also developing new lending products to respond to the changing needs of borrowers in our market area.

 

Tracey is actively involved in the community. She is Fundraising Vice President for the MOMS Organization at Montrose School, served on the Norwood Day committee, for the Norwood Relay for Life, and and is a member of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce. Tracey is a graduate of Saint Michael's College.

John P. Galvani
Senior Vice President, Senior Lender

John brings over 26 years experience in banking and finance, with oversight of commercial banking, commercial real estate and construction lending functions.

John is actively involved in community and business organizations including the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Hudson Rotary Club, the Worcester Economic Club and he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Framingham Heart Study. He is a graduate of Framingham State College.

Lawrence Pitman

Vice President, Commercial Lender

Larry brings over 17 years of experience in commercial lending. His knowledge of our market area complements the Commercial Lending Division.

Larry is a board member of the Friends of Francis William Bird Park, the Bristol/Norfolk County Home Builders Association, Chairman of the Walpole Economic Development Commission and is involved with the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce. Larry holds an MBA from Clark University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Julie McDermott
Vice President, Commercial Lender

With over 14 years of commercial lending and credit related experience, Julie has a diverse lending background that includes credit analysis, loan workouts and loan administration. Her experience dealing with the unique needs of smaller businesses and her involvement with the local community will benefit our customers.

Julie has been actively involved in community and business organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Norwood High School and graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
