How do I Sign-Up for eStatements?
E-statements are available through the Norwood Bank online banking system. Once you are logged into online banking, click on the eStatement enrollment button and complete the enrollment form.
What are e-Statements?
e-Statements are electronic statements that replace your paper statements and are only available through Norwood Bank nVantage online banking. You will have online access to 13 months of eStatements and front images of cancelled checks.
How much do eStatements cost?
eStatements are free!
How long will it take to begin receiving my eStatements?
You receive your eStatements the next time you are scheduled to receive your paper statement. Your statement cut off date will not change with eStatements.
Will I continue to get paper statements in the mail once I enroll in eStatements?
No, your paper statements will no longer be mailed to your home address.
What accounts are eligible for eStatements?
Your checking, savings, and money market statements are eligible.
Can I set some of my accounts for eStatements and keep some paper statements?
Yes, however, if you receive combined statements now, they cannot be split between two delivery methods.
How will I know my eStatement is ready?
A courtesy email from Norwood Bank eStatements is sent letting you know your eStatement is ready for viewing.
How can I access my e-Statements?
Log in to online banking at norwoodbank, select the account you want see, and click on the “View eStatements” button on the top menu.
Will my eStatements have the same information as my paper statement?
Yes, and you will see the front images of your cancelled checks too.
How do I save my eStatements to my computer or disk?
Select “File” from the top menu bar and then “Save As” and then decide where you want to keep your statements on your PC. Remember to rename your file something unique like “January 2009” for easy access later.
Can I go back to paper statements if I change my mind?

Is my information secure with eStatements?
Yes, we take every possible measure to ensure the highest level of security. Your eStatements are only available through online banking, and, therefore are encrypted with your personal password. As always, we strongly suggest that you protect your password and do not share it. Our online banking service requires a browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
