Post Closing Loan Specialist

We are currently seeking a full time Post Closing Loan Specialist with at least 2 years of previous bank related experience.  Primary duties include review of closed loan documentation for residential, commercial and consumer loans once returned from the closing attorneys, uploading all loans to the Core Servicing System Fiserv Premier, and reviewing closed loans files for any deficiencies or errors in the closing documentation.  Also assembles and images loan files prior to permanent storage in the vault, core system and loan origination system, orders tax services for escrow monitoring, facilitates rate locks with Secondary Market Investors, updates data and sends original note to Investors to complete rate lock, prepares and sends loan files for quality control reviews to outside investors, tracks any outstanding documentation that is required to complete file, and tracks for original mortgage from closing attorney or registry. Candidate must have good working knowledge of loan products and services, along with banking operating procedures, practices, and policies.  Must be able to communicate fluently in written and verbal English.  Must have strong organizational and communications and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Deposit Servicing Specialist

We are currently seeking a full time Deposit Servicing Specialist with at least 6 months’ CIS banking experience.  The ideal candidate would provide customer service support for all deposit account inquiries received via the phone or email. The candidate will review file maintenance on all deposit accounts and safe deposit accounts such as name and address changes, title changes, etc.. The candidate would process Incoming and Outgoing wires through Wire Xchange, perform a review on all new deposit accounts opened for accuracy and required back up documentation. Candidate must have good working knowledge of bank products and services, along with banking operating procedures, practices, and policies.  Other duties include report review, filing, scanning, and acting as a backup for team members. Must be able to communicate fluently in written and verbal English.  Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Universal Bankers- Full Time 

We are currently seeking a full time Universal Bankers with two years of previous banking experience and one year of cash handling experience to join our retail team.  Previous deposit account opening experience preferred.    The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing all banking transactions as well as educate and cross sell customers about the Bank’s products and services.   Candidate must have good working knowledge of bank products and services, along with banking operating procedures, practices, and policies.    Must be able to communicate fluently in written and verbal English.  Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
